Big Chance Good Causes
Big Chance Good Causes Limited was granted charitable status by the Charity Commission on 14th February 2003. The charity aims to provide relief and assistance, especially to the Aged, Sick and Infirm and to support the efforts of other organisations doing similar work in the community.
How do we raise our funds?
The Charity welcomes donations to help us meet our objectives and to supplement the funds which we raise through our lottery, thus enabling us to accept more applications for assistance. The Big Chance Lottery continues to grow and we will shortly be extending our operational area into Yorkshire. The majority of our funds are raised through the sale of Big Chance Lottery tickets, the lottery being a wholly owned trading subsidiary of the Charity. Big Chance Good Causes is registered as a lottery promoter with the Gambling Commission and is a member of the Lotteries Council.
Who benefits from the funds raised?
We try to ensure that the funds raised in a particular area, eg Merseyside, Greater Manchester or the Midlands are put back into that same area, through the appeal process, thus helping local people. Benificiaries will fall into three main categories, Individuals in need, Community Groups, and smaller local charities.

Click on the 'Applying' button in the main menu to find out more information about the guidelines which we follow.
